Club-KO's pre-teen program is a high energy workout designed for all ages and skill levels. Each individual is encouraged to work at their own pace.
Kickboxing is a fun and exciting way to keep preteens in shape. It's a total body workout that combines cardio and stregth training drills. We keep punches and kicks basic to focus on the fitness aspect of the workout rather than the martial art itself.
